This lecture is about Human rights focused on individuals with disabilities and women. First, the lecturer talks about human rights in general with "Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)". The declaration arose directly from the experience of the Second World War and it expresses respect and observance of human rights for all without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion". Based on this, "Declaration on the Rights of Disabled Persons" and "Declaration on the elimination of discrimination against Women" was made. After explanation of history on human rights development, she talks about current issues. Decision makers think development first, so they think something or some people that are less productive or less contributive to country is less important. By this development theory of politicians, individuals with disability and women can be discriminated. That's why institutions for observing and educating human rights is needed. She also talks about voluntary fund for developing countries and diverse fund raising which is essential to run institutions for human rights and to support their works.
