목적: 이 연구의 목적은 간호학과 학생들을 위해 플립러닝을 활용한 산업간호 교육의 수업을 설계하는 것이다. 방법: 본 연구에서 설계한 산업간호의 수업모형은 ADDIE(분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가) 모델과 PARTNER(사전단계, 사전학습평가, 사전학습연계, 협력학습, 핵심요약강의, 평가, 사후성찰) 모델을 결합하였다. 결과: 분석 단계에서는 교과목 분석, 학습자 분석, 환경 분석이 수행되고 설계 단계에서는 단원 수업계획서, 단원 수업자료 개발계획서, 차시별 수업계획서가 포함된다. 세 번째 개발 단계에서는 사전학습 자료, 수업중 자료, 평가자료가 개발된다. 실행 단계에서는 수업 전 활동(사전단계, 사전학습평가), 수업 중 활동(사전학습연계, 협력학습, 핵심요약강의, 평가) 및 수업 후 활동(사후성찰)에 대한 교수학습활동안을 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 평가 단계에서는 학습자 평가와 강사 자체 평가를 수행한다. 결론: 본 연구는 장기적이고 미래 간호 교육의 발전을 위해서뿐만 아니라 플립러닝을 활용한 산업간호 교육의 지침과 참고 자료를 제공한다. 이를 바탕으로 플립러닝을 활용한 산업간호 수업의 적용과 효과성 연구를 제언한다

A study on Instructional Design for Occupational health Nursing Education Using Flipped Learning Purpose: The purpose of this study is instructional design for occupational health nursing education using flipped learning for nursing students. Methods: The instructional design for occupational health nursing developed in this study combined ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model and PARTNER(Preparation, Assessment, Relevance, Team activity, Nub lecture, Evaluation, Reflection) model. Results: In the Analysis step, course analysis, learner analysis, and environmental analysis are performed. In the Design step, chapter lesson-plans, chapter lesson-material development plans, and session-specific lesson plans are included. In the Development step, pre-learning materials, lesson materials, and evaluation materials are developed for each session. In Implementation step, teaching and learning activities are performed for each session to pre-class(preparation, assessment), in-class(relevance, team activity, nub lecture, evaluation) and post-class(reflection). Finally, in the Evaluation step, learner evaluation and instructor self-evaluation are conducted. Conclusion: this study provides guidelines and reference materials of occupational health nursing education using flipped learning, as well as for the long-term, future development of nursing education. Therefore, the application and effect of flipped learning in occupational health nursing education should be studied.
