초록/요약
직무만족도와 생활만족도에 관한 논의는 광범위하게 연구되어왔으나, 두 변인 간의 방향에 대한 연구는 혼재되어 있는 실정이다. 이 연구의 연구목적은 장애인을 대상으로 직무만족도와 생활만족도 간의 상호적 영향관계를 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법은 한국장애인고용공단에서 실시한 장애인고용패널 2차 웨이브 제1차 년도에서 제3차 년도까지 종단 자료를 사용하여 자기회귀교차지연 모델을 적용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 장애인의 직무만족도는 시간의 흐름에 따라 안정적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인의 생활만족도는 시간의 흐름에 따라 안정적인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인의 직무만족도 증가는 생활만족도 증가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 장애인의 생활만족도 증가는 직무만족도 증가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 장애인의 직무만족도와 생활만족도는 상호적 영향관계가 있었고, 생활만족도가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향이 그 반대의 영향보다 더 큰 것을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 장애인의 직무만족도와 생활만족도를 향상하기 위한 함의를 논의하였다.

Job satisfaction and life satisfaction have been extensively studied, but discussions regarding the influence between the two variables are mixed. This study aimed to verify the reciprocal relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction in people with disabilities. An autoregressive cross-lagged model was applied to analyze the longitudinal data from the first to the third year of the 2nd Wave Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled, which was conducted by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. The study results were as follows: First, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of people with disabilities were found to be stable over time. This means that the relative position of job satisfaction and life satisfaction did not change over time. Second, it was found that job satisfaction had a significant effect on life satisfaction and life satisfaction also had a significant effect on job satisfaction of people with disabilities after one year. Third, it was confirmed that the job satisfaction and life satisfaction of employed people with disabilities have a reciprocal relationship with each other and that the influence of life satisfaction on job satisfaction is stronger than the influence in the opposite direction. Based on these findings, the implications for improving job satisfaction and life satisfaction in people with disabilities were discussed.
