In design of a conical corrugated horn for feeding beam waveguide antenna system, it is important that the propagation behaviour and radiation behaviour of a conical corrugated horn is described. The propagation behaviour is derived by using a surface impedance method, and the radiation behaviour is derived by using vector integral mothod. From these analyzed results, the method for designing a conical corrugated horn is presented and a conical corrugated horn for feeding Q band beam waveguide antenna system is optimally designed in order to be manufactured.
