Analysis of the Key Factors Influencing Customer Satisfaction : Chinese Tourism to Korea

초록/요약

The tourism is called a factory which does not include a chimney or the invisible trade. This is because the expense of upper-level foreign tourists is approximately the same as for an exporting car. In addition to, the inflow of Chinese tourists has helped retailers, restaurants and stores selling luxury goods. The purpose of this study is to suggest improvements to increase the shopping satisfaction of Chinese tourists who visit Korea. To examine factors which affect shopping satisfaction, I conducted a survey of Chinese tourists who was visiting Korea. I analyzed statistics based on result of a survey of Chinese tourists and carried out GAP analysis. According to the statistic analysis, important factors which influence shopping satisfaction of Chinese tourists who visited Korea are attitudes of reception, products design, an operating manual about goods. I found the important factor which affects shopping satisfaction of Chinese tourists who visited Korea is attitudes of reception and the second important factor is products design. The results of this thesis will help increase the shopping satisfaction of Chinese tourists to Korea in the future.
