초록/요약
건설 프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 방해하는 많은 도전에 직면해 있습니다. 이러한 문제 중 일부에는 프로젝트 비용 초과, 프로젝트 완료 시간 연장, 관리 변경, 프로젝트 당사자 간의 갈등 및 조직의 품질 평가 시스템이 포함됩니다. 이러한 문제의 원인은 일반적으로 프로젝트의 유형, 프로젝트의 복잡성, 건설 산업의 단편적이고 경쟁적인 특성 때문입니다. 건설 프로젝트에서 이러한 다양한 요인의 발생은 여러 측면에서 프로젝트에 영향을 미치고 프로젝트 성과를 저하시킵니다. 이러한 요인 중 일부가 발생하는 것을 방지하고 프로젝트에 미치는 영향을 최소화하기 위해서는 건설 프로젝트 관리를 개선하기 위한 체계적인 프로젝트 관리가 시급합니다. 이 연구는 콩고 건설 프로젝트에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 핵심 성과 지표 (요인)를 식별하고 평가하고 가장 중요한 것을 분류하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 건설 프로젝트의 성공(성과)에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 철저한 이해 및 선행연구에 대한 문헌 검토를 실시하고 체계적인 조사를 실시했습니다. 수집된 설문 조사 데이터는 상대 중요도 지수 (RII) 방법을 사용하여 분석하였습니다. 이 연구는 내부 요인과 외부 요인 인 두 가지 주요 그룹으로 구분하였습니다. 연구 결과에 따르면 콩고 건설 프로젝트의 성과에 영향을 미치는 내부 요인 중 4 가지 요인이 주요 요인으로 발견되었습니다. 이들은 설계, 품질, 생산성 및 프로젝트 관리 관련 요인으로 RII 평균 값이 각각 0.68 입니다. 또한, 콩고 건설 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 미치는 외부 요인 중 3 가지 요인 주요 요인으로 나타났습니다. 이들은 사회 및 문화, 정치 상황, 현금 흐름, 경제. 재정 및 시장 상황으로 RII 평균값이 각각 0.70, 0.66, 그리고 0.64 입니다. 건설 프로젝트의 성공은 조직의 '중요한 성공 요인'의 적절한 수행을 통해 효과적입니다. 따라서 이러한 중요한 요소를 이해하고 프로젝트의 성공 가능성을 높일 필요가 있습니다.

The construction industry faces many challenges that prevent it from becoming perfect. Some of these issues include project cost overruns, extended project completion times, management changes, conflicts between project stakeholders, and the organization's quality assessment system. The reasons for these issues are generally the type of project, the complexity of the project, the fragmentary and competitive nature of the construction industry. The occurrence of these various factors in the construction industry will affect projects in many aspects and reduce the project performance. In order to prevent some of these factors from occurring and minimize their impacts on the project, systematic project management is urgently needed to improve the management of construction projects. This study aimed at identifying and evaluating the most significant key performance indicators(factors) that affect Congolese construction projects and classify the most significant ones. For a thorough understanding of factors that affect the success(performance) of construction projects. A comprehensive literature review was conducted, and a systematic survey was conducted. The collected survey data were analyzed using a relative importance index (RII). The scope of this study divided the factors in two main groups which are internal and external factors. According to the findings, four main factors were found as the top of factors influencing the performance of internal factors in the Congolese construction projects. These were design, quality, productivity and project management related factors with a common RII average value of 0.68. The findings further revealed three main factors as the top of factors influencing the performance of external factors in the Congolese construction projects. These were social and cultural contribution related factors with the RII average value of 0.70. Political situation related factors with the RII average value of 0.66, and cash flow, economic and market condition, and legal and authority requirements related factors with an equal RII average of 0.64. The success of a construction project is effective throughout the proper performance of the organization's 'important success factor. Thus, there is a need to understand these important factors and increase the project's chances of success.
