Eu Sook Hong, who is the CEO of Incoaching, discusses what it takes to become a global women leader. At the age of mid-40, Hong stepped up to reach for her dreams. She emphasizes on four points, never give up on your dreams, the importance of networking, the importance of having a role model, and the importance of giving yourself positive feedbacks.
