초록/요약
본 연구는 집단지성에 대한 연구와 적용에 대한 관심이 높아지는 시기와 발맞춰 교육상황에서의 집단지성 측정도구를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 크게 1차 집단지성 측정도구 개발과 2차 개발된 측정도구를 기반으로 집단지성 관련 변인 간의 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 1차 연구는 예비척도의 문항을 기반으로 구조를 탐색하고 확인하고자 두 개의 표본으로 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석 등을 수행하였다. A대학교 397명의 자료는 탐색적 요인분석을, H대학교 351명의 자료는 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 집단지성 측정도구는 총 15문항으로 인지적 탐색 4문항, 인지적 협력 5문항, 집단적 통합 6문항으로 도출되었다. 2차 연구에서는 1차 연구에서 확정된 집단지성 측정도구의 타당도를 검증을 위해 집단변인 간의 관계를 규명하였다. A대학교, G대학교 및 H대학교의 대학생 277명 자료를 기반으로 팀신뢰, 팀효능감 및 집단지성 간의 관계를 규명하였으며 구조방정식을 활용하였다. 그 결과, 팀신뢰와 팀효능감은 집단지성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 교육상황을 기반으로 집단지성 측정도구를 개발하고 타당화하였다는 점에서 이론적 의미를 가질 뿐만 아니라 수업에서의 집단지성의 적용 가능성을 높이고 학습자중심교육을 촉진시킴으로 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.

In recent years, there has been a growing interest and concern in the role of collective intelligence in education contexts; however, the collective intelligence has been hardly measured. The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the collective intelligence scale which measured the students' collective intelligence in university classes. In study 1, collective intelligence scale was developed and tested for its factor structure, reliability, and validity. Data were collected from 748 students at A university and H university. Both exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were employed with the data from the two universities to find the dimension of the construct of the scale and to test its construct validity. As a result, 15-items were determined for the collective intelligence scale and the third dimensions of collective intelligence were included: cognitive exploration (4 items), cognitive collaboration(5 items), collective integration (6 items). The purpose of study 2 was to examine the structural relationship among collective intelligence related variables in order to validate the collective intelligence scale. Data were collected from 277 students at A university, G university and H university. The collected data was analyzed by using structural equations modeling. It turned out that team trust and team efficacy influenced collective intelligence positively. These findings offer theoretical background and practical implications for collective intelligence in academic settings.
