본 논문의 목적은 본 연구자의 정신분석적 상담사례를 바탕으로 전이를 통한 치료의 실제를 제시하는 데 있다. 정신분석적 상담은 전이를 이용한 치료라고 불릴 만큼 그 임상의 실제에서 전이는 중심적인 위치를 차지하고 있다. 정신분석에서 전이를 강조하는 것은 무의식의 의식화라는 정신분석의 치료적 목표에 도달하는데 전이가 갖는 중요성 때문이다. 전이를 통한 치료는 전이의 적절한 만족을 통해 발달적 성취를 이루는 것과 함께 전이에 대한 적절한 해석적 개입을 통해 깊은 수준에서 자신을 이해하고 통합하여 자신의 인간성 전체를 온전하게 수용하도록 하는데 그 목표를 둔다. 본 논문에서는 페어베언의 애매모호한 대상의 개념과 그 전이를 중심적인 이론과 개념으로 사용한다. 본 논문의 임상사례에 등장하는 내담자가 상담관계의 전이를 통해 재현시킨 심리내적세계를 이해함에 있어 애매모호한 흥분시키는 대상이 핵심적인 역할을 하고 있기 때문이다. 사랑을 성취할 수 없는 애매모호한 대상에 대한 리비도적 끌림이 있었던 내담자는 상담관계에서 또한 분석가를 애매모호한 대상으로 여기기 시작했으며, 또한 그런 대상으로 동일시시켜갔다. 전이와 투사적 동일시의 과정이 잘 나타난 본 논문의 임상사례는 전이를 통한 치료의 예시를 보여준다. 본 연구자는 정신분석적 상담사례가 갖고 있는 목회상담적인 함축과 의의를 마지막으로 다루면서 정신분석적 상담사례가 어떻게 목회상담과 연결 될 수 있는지 밝히고자 한다. 전이와 역전이의 구조 속에서 무의식을 의식화하고 미완적으로 남겨졌던 발달적 과제를 성취하도록 돕는 정신분석적 상담구조의 분석은 이상적이고 완벽한 대상에 대한 갈망을 발견할 수 있다. 이는 엘리아데가 설명한 종교적 향수, 궁극적 존재에의 향수 개념으로 이해할 수 있다. 곧 전이와 역전이 구조의 분석은 치료의 과정 속에 내재하는 종교적 색채를 드러낸다. 이런 논의를 통해 상담관계에서 목회상담자의 역할과 그 의미를 제시할 수 있다.

초록/요약

The purpose of this paper is to present the therapeutic importance of transference in psychoanalytic therapy by investigating one of my own counseling cases. Psychoanalytic therapy is called cure through transference, which is one of the fundamentals of psychoanalytic therapy. The emphasis on transference in psychoanalysis is due to the importance of transference in reaching the therapeutic goal of psychoanalysis, that is, making the unconscious conscious. Treatment through transference aims to achieve developmental achievement through appropriate satisfaction of needs and desires seen in the transference, and to fully integrate one's entire humanity by deeply understanding oneself through appropriate interpretive interventions on transference. In this paper, the concept of the ambiguous object of Fairbairn and its transference into the analytic setting are used as key theories and concepts. The ambiguous and exciting object plays a key role in understanding the psychological world reproduced by the analysand through the transference in the analytic relationship. The analysand, who previously experienced libidinal attraction to an ambiguous object that could not achieve love, began to regard the analyst as an ambiguous object in counseling relations and also identified it as such. The clinical case of this paper, which shows the process of transference and projective identification, shows an example of treatment through transference. This paper also deals with implications on pastoral counseling that are closely connected with psychoanalytic therapy through transference. The analysis of the structure of the analytic setting, which helps to make the unconscious conscious in the transference and countertransference matrix and to accomplish the developmental tasks left unfinished, can show a desire for the ideal and perfect object. This can be understood as the religious nostalgia described by Eliade, the concept of nostalgia for ultimate existence. In other words, the analysis of the structure of transference and countertransference reveals the religious colors inherent in the process of healing. Such a discussion can suggest the role of the pastoral counselor and its meaning.
