키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 유아교사의 실천적 지식 관련 국내·외 연구 동향 분석

본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통하여 유아교사의 실천적 지식 관련 국내·외 연구의 동향을 분석하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1985년부터 2017년까지 발표된 유아교사의 실천적 지식과 관련된 국내·외 논문에서 추출한 438개의 키워드를 대상으로 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 연구문제에 따른 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내·외 연구의 키워드 출현 빈도 분석 실시 결과, 국내 연구는 ‘예비 유아교사’ 키워드가 가장 높은 출현 빈도를 보인 반면 국외 연구는‘유아문해교육’이 가장 높은 출현 빈도를 보였다. 둘째, 국내·외 연구의 키워드 네트워크 연결 정도 중심성 분석 결과, 국내 연구는 ‘학습 공동체’가 유아교사의 실천적 지식과 관련하여 핵심이 되나 다른 키워드들과의 상호 연결은 이뤄지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 국외 연구물은‘의사소통’과 ‘실천적 지식’이 가장 핵심이 되며, 이 두 키워드는 상호 간 높은 연결성을 띠고 있었고, 개념을 중심으로 다양한 키워드들이 높은 연결 관계 속 유기적인 연결망이 구성되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 유아교사의 실천적 지식 관련 국내 연구는 국외 연구와 달리 예비 유아교사와 관련된 내용에 집중적으로 연구가 이뤄지고 있으며 개별적, 단편적으로 진행되는 경향성이 있다. 이는 실천적 지식 관련 연구가 다양한 측면에서 체계적으로 이뤄질 필요성과, 실천적 지식에 대한 구체적인 개념 정립이 이뤄질 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine domestic and international research trends of early childhood teacher’s practical knowledge using keyword network analysis. Toward this end, 438 keywords were extracted from selected studies. These keywords were picked out by 3 steps of keyword refining work. The results of this study were summarized as follows: first, the domestic research tends to focus on pre-service early childhood education teacher and only focus on superficial meaning. Whereas, the international research tends to focus on early childhood literacy education and research from various angles to figure out deeper discussion. Second, the keyword network analysis of domestic research resulted that ‘Learning community by teachers’ was the herb concept but the degree centrality was low and hard to find the co-networking concept with the herb concept. Whereas, in the case of international research trends, ‘Practical knowledge’ and ‘communication’ were the herb concepts, the degree centrality was high and co-connected with the most part of the concept. Also, the two herb concepts were making the thick network of meaning. By all accounts, it is required for domestic research of practical knowledge to establish the concept in-depth rather than superficial collecting many cases of practical knowledge.
