목적: 본 연구는 화법교육에서 관계 중심 대화 양상을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 관계 중심 대화의 기반 이론으로 빙산 메타포 모형을 제안하고 이에 근거하여 대화 분석을 통해 갈등 대화와 협력 대화의 양상을 논의하였다. 방법: 예능 프로그램 <무한도전> 중 식객특집 3탄에 제시된 양쉐프와 명쉐프 팀의 대화를 비교 대조하는 방식으로 대화 분석을 시행하였다. 결과: 협력 대화에서는 섬기는 리더로서의 말하기, 존중과 칭찬하는 말하기, 창의적 조언 및 대안 제시의 말하기 양상이 나타났으며, 갈등 대화에서는 명령조의 말하기, 불분명한 의견 제시나 불분명한 반대 의견 제시, 회피 전략 말하기, 권위에 대한 비인정 말하기 등이 나타났다. 대화 기저에 빙산 메타포 모형에서 제시한 감정, 지각, 기대, 열망, 자아 정체성이 포착됨을 확인하였다. 결론: 빙산 메타포 모형의 형성 과정을 학습자 토론을 통해 자각하게 하고, 빙산 메타포 모형을 적용한 대화 분석을 함으로써 협력 대화, 갈등 대화를 이해하는 교육 방안을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to clarify relation-oriented dialogue patterns in speech communication education. The iceberg metaphor model was proposed as the basis for relation-oriented dialogue, and based on this, the aspects of conflict dialogue and cooperation dialogue were discussed through dialogue analysis. Method: A dialogue analysis was conducted based on the iceberg metaphor model in a way of comparing and contrasting the dialogue between Chef Yang and Chef Myeong’s team presented in Part 3 of the entertainment program <Infinite Challenge>. Results: As a result of the analysis, speaking as a serving leader, speaking respect and praising, and suggesting creative advice and alternatives were shown in the cooperative dialog. In the conflict dialog, speaking of a command line, suggesting unclear or unclear opinions, avoiding strategies, and speaking of disapproval of authority, etc. appeared, and it was interpreted that it is a dialogue that reveals emotions, perceptions, expectations, aspirations, and self-identity presented in the iceberg metaphor model. Conclusion: The educational implications for understanding the cooperative dialogue and conflict dialogue were suggested by making the formation process of the iceberg metaphor model aware through the learner’s discussion and by conducting dialogue analysis applying the iceberg metaphor model.
