창업의도에 관한 통합적 문헌 고찰: 국내외 양적연구를 중심으로

초록/요약
본 연구의 목적은 국내외 양적연구를 중심으로 창업의도에 관한 통합적 문헌 고찰을 수행하여 향 후 연구 방향 및 시사점을 제시하는 데에 있다. 이를 위하여 Torraco(2005, 2016)가 제시한 통합적 문 헌 분석 연구 수행 절차 및 방법에 따라 연구를 수행하였다. 구체적으로, 2019년 1월부터 2020년 4월 시점까지 수행된 국내외 양적연구 86편을 최종 선정하여 창업의도의 연구대상, 측정도구, 변인간 관 계 등을 분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 창업의도에 관한 양적 연구는 최 근 전 세계적으로 매우 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 둘째, 창업의도에 관한 연구분야는 창업학, 경영학, 간호행정학 등 매우 다양하였다. 셋째, 창업의도 관련 연구의 연구대상은 학생, 피고용인, 경력단절여 성 등 다양하였으나, 학생을 활용한 연구가 월등히 많아 추후 연구에서는 더욱 다양한 연구대상을 활용할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 연구방법의 경우 횡단연구가 종단연구보다 훨씬 더 많이 이루어졌다. 다 섯째, 창업의도는 변인간 관계에서 종속변인으로 압도적으로 많이 사용되었다. 여섯째, 창업의도가 종속변인으로 사용되었을 때 많이 사용된 독립변인은 창업교육, 주관적 규범, 태도, 지각된 행동 통 제, 기업가정신, 자기효능감, 역할모델 관련 변인이었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향 후 연구 방향 및 시사점을 제안하였다.

The aim of this study was to explore recent research trends about entrepreneurial intention by conducting an integrative literature review. Focusing on empirical studies published in Korea and abroad, this study followed Torraco’s guidelines(2005, 2006) of conducting an integrative literature review and selected a total of 86 articles that were published between January 2019 and April 2020. By analyzing research samples, measurement tools, relationships among variables, and research results, this study drew out following results. First, a lot of empirical studies on entrepreneurial intention have been conducted since the year of 2019. Second, the previous studies on entrepreneurial intention have been conducted in the various academic disciplines such as business venturing, nursing administration, and psychology. Third, the most used research samples were students despite the diverse use of samples such as students, employees, and job discontinued women. Forth, Cross-sectional design was used much more frequently than longitudinal design. Fifth, entrepreneurial intention was used as a dependent variable the most of the time. Finally, when entrepreneurial intention was used as a dependent variable, entrepreneurial education, subjective norm, attitude, perceived behavior control, entrepreneurship, self-efficacy, and role model were often used as independent variables. Based on the results, this study suggested future research directions and implications.
