초록/요약
본 연구는 중국이 2016년에 개정한 도덕교육의 변화와 특징을 연구하기 위해 중국의 도덕과 각론에 해당하는 교육과정 문서와 법치교육을 위해 제정한 청소년 법치교육 대강, 그리고 새롭게 집필한 초등 도덕 교과서를 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교과서의 ‘자아성장’과 ‘가정영역’의 단원과 차시는 증가하였으나 그 내용에 있어서 초등학생 수준에서도 개인윤리보다는 국가의 사회주의 핵심가치가 반영된 사회윤리를 지속적으로 강조하고 있다. 둘째, 정체성 형성의 결정적 시기에 ‘법치’교육 전문교과를 지정한 것은 국가중심의 공민으로서의 역할을 강화한 것으로 보여진다. 셋째, 개정된 중국의 도덕교육은 법치 교육을 강조하면서, 교수 전략의 측면에서 학습자 친화적인 내용과 방법의 향상됨을 보였다.

In 2016 Chinese MOE has changed elementary moral education textbook title into 'Morality and Constitutional Government' from 'Virtue a study aims to review how the chinese moral education curriculum and life' emphasizing nationalism. In this context, and textbook have been changed at the elementary education level. For this purpose related national documents such as 'National Framework of Constitutional Government Education for Youth' and 'Guidebook of National Textbook Publication' are reviewed. And 12 books of 1st-6th graders moral education textbook are analyzed according to the content areas of 'constitutional government' such as 'nation and citizen', 'safety and rules' and 'world'. Also the instructional strategies of the 3rd grader's textbooks are closed examined. It results that recently revised chinese moral education constantly emphasizes nation and socialism rather than individual ethics even at elementary level although its instructional strategies are improved increasing student-friendly contents and method.
