본 연구는 자폐 범주성 장애 영아와 가족의 개별적 특성과 요구를 기반으로 가족 지원을 제공한 맞춤형 부모 지원이 어머니의 양육스트레스, 양육효능감, 양육태도 및 어머니-영아의 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구의 참여자는 서울, 경기 지역에 거주하는 36개월 이하 자폐 범주성 장애 영아와 어머니 20가정으로 실험에 참여하는 실험집단 10가정과 참여하지 않은 통제집단 10가정으로 구성되었다. 지원은 주 1회씩 총 14회기로 대집단, 소집단, 개별 회기의 부모교육, 상담과 지도의 방법으로 진행되었다. 지원의 효과를 알아보기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단 어머니의 양육스트레스, 양육효능감 변화에 대해 독립표본 t검정을 실시하고, 실험집단 어머니의 영아와의 상호작용과 양육태도 행동 변화에 대해 대응표본 t검정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 두 집단의 양육스트레스, 양육효능감 변화에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 어머니의 양육태도, 상호작용 행동은 중재 전후에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 자폐 범주성 장애 영아 부모를 위한 맞춤형 부모 지원이 어머니에게 미친 영향에 대해 논의하고 연구의 의의 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the tailored support for parents based on individual characteristic and need of toddlers with ASD and their family. The participants in this study are 20 families consisted of toddlers with ASD at the age under 36 months and their families. They were divided into experimental group and control group whose number is 10 respectively. This support program is carried for 14 weeks composed of large group, small group, and individual education, counselling and training for family. Results showed that the experimental group mothers decreased parenting stress and increased their parenting efficacy. A significant difference was found between two groups. The experimental group increased parenting-attitude of mothers and mothers’ interactions with toddlers. A significant difference was found in two groups. A significant difference was found in comparison with before-participating in this program. Discussions of the results and implications for future research are discussed.
