Purpose: This study aims to find ways to form and support social capital that can affect stable employment of disabled people by focusing on gender differences on the impact of disabled people's ability to form social capital on wage levels. Method: The 8th Employment Panel for Persons with Disabilities was utilized, and the research hypothesis was verified by utilizing frequency analysis, technical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. Furthermore, to analyze gender differences, AMOS 22.0 is utilized to conduct a multi-group path analysis of structural equation modeling. Results: The higher the ability of disabled people to form social capital, the higher the wage level, and it was found that there were differences depending on the group of men and women. In addition, in terms of wage levels, women with disabilities are more affected by their ability to form social capital than men with disabilities. Conclusion & Implications: In order to improve the wage level of the disabled, a social support system from perspective of disability is essential, and it is necessary to establish a network that reflects the gender perspective and to create an employment environment. Based on these results, follow-up studies on social capital and employment of persons with disabilities were proposed.
