초록/요약
본 연구의 목적은 온라인 영어학습공동체 내의 실재감과 학습몰입이 학습성과로 볼 수 있는 학습지속의향과 영어효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고 각 변인들 간 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 A 온라인 영어학습공동체 회원 269명의 설문 자료를 활용해 분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 변인 간 구조적 관계가 성립됨을 확인하였고, 실재감은 학습몰입과 학습지속의향에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 영어효능감에는 학습몰입을 통한 간접 효과를 지니고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 EFL 환경에서 L2 학습자들이 꾸준히 학습하고 영어에 대한 자신감을 높이기 위해 온라인 영어학습공동체 내 실재감과 학습몰입을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of learning presence and learning engagement on learning outcomes(learning persistence and self-efficacy) in online English learning community. To investigate this purpose, structural equation modeling was conducted using the self-reported questionnaire data of 269 members of the A online English learning community. The results were as follows: it was confirmed that the structural relationship among the variables was established, and learning presence had a direct effect on learning engagement and learning persistence, while it was confirmed that learning presence had an indirect effect on self-efficacy in English through learning engagement. These results suggest that learning presence and learning engagement should be improved in the online English learning community for L2 learners in the EFL environment to steadily learn and increase their confidence in English.
