초록/요약
본 연구는 공립유치원 교사의 원내 교사학습공동체 참여 수준과 교수몰입의 전반적인 경향과 변인에따른 차이를 알아보고, 원내 교사학습공동체 참여 수준이 교수몰입에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 알아보는것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 원내 교사학습공동체에 참여 중이고, 서울과 경기 지역 공립유치원에근무하는 유치원 교사 205명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 t 검증, Kruskal-Wallis 검증, Mann-Whitney U 검증, Pearson 상관분석, 단순회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 공립유치원 교사의 원내 교사학습공동체 참여 수준과 교수몰입은 보통보다 높게 나타났으며, 교사의 학력과 교직경력이 높을수록 원내 교사학습공동체 참여 수준과 교수몰입이 높았다. 둘째, 공립유치원 교사의 원내 교사학습공동체 참여 수준 전체와 하위요인 모두 교수몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는유치원 교사의 교수몰입을 높이기 위해 원내 교사학습공동체 참여를 중요하게 고려해야 함을 시사한다.

This study aimed to examine how kindergarten teachers’ participations in teacher learning communities have influenced on their teaching flow. A survey was conducted with 205 kindergarten teachers working in public kindergartens located in the Seoul and Gyeonggi Provinces. For data analysis, t-test, Kruskal Wallis verification, Mann-Whitney U verification, Pearson correlation analysis and simple regression analysis were conducted. The results found that the level of participation of public kindergarten teachers was slightly higher than average in the teacher learning community. Additionally, higher education levels and more teaching experience correlated with both the teacher’s level of participation and teaching flow. It was also found that the levels of participation of public kindergarten teachers have a significant impact on teaching flow. The importance of kindergarten teachers’ participations in teacher learning communities to increase their teaching effectiveness was discussed.
