초록/요약
본 연구에서는 우리나라 여성연구의 동향을 살펴보기 위해, 한국여성정책연구원 발간 학술지「여성연구」의 2004년부터 2020년까지의 총 273편의 게재 논문을 토픽모델링을 활용해 분석하였다. 학술지 「여성연구」의 게재 논문에 대한 토픽모델링을 통해 포괄적이고 학제적인 여성연구 전반의 동향을 파악하고자 하는 의도와 동시에 현장 실천에 비견할 여성의 삶에 대한 실체적 영향력을발휘할 것으로 기대되는 여성정책의 입장 사이에서 균형을 유지하고자 하였다. 나아가 논란이 되고있는 여성정책의 위치를 제대로 정립하는데 도움이 되는 근거를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 목적을고려하면서 데이터 수집-키워드 전처리-분석의 흐름에 따라 분석한 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만족도, 성인지, 일가정양립, 경력단절, 여성관리자, 일가정, 가정폭력, 스트레스 등이 빈도 기준으로 주요한 키워드로 확인되었으며, 상대적 중요도를 고려한 TF-IDF(Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency)값을 통해 주요 키워드로서 젠더, 성별, 사회적기업, 교육 등을 추가로 식별하였다. 둘째, 토픽모델링 결과 7개로 추출된 토픽별로 두드러진 키워드를 폭력과 억압(토픽1), 성차별과 경력개발(토픽2), 성인지와 삶에 대한 만족(토픽3), 경력단절과 리더십(토픽4), 정책과 제도(입법)(토픽5), 임금격차, 노동시간, 생활시간(이상 토픽6), 스트레스와 갈등(토픽7) 등으로 정리해볼 수 있었다. 이러한 토픽들은 여성학 전반의 주요 영역과 함께 여성정책의 주요 아젠다를 적절히 반영하고 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 후속 연구의 방향을 제안하였다.

For the purpose of exploring the trends of women’s studies in Korea, we analyzed published articles in Women’s Studies by Korean Women’s Development Institute from 2004 to 2020 using topic modeling method. The findings from data collection-pre analysis of keywords-flow of analysis showed the following. First, in terms of frequency, satisfaction, gendersensitiveness, work-family balance, domestic violence, and stress were the major keywords. When considering TF-IDF(Term Frequency- Inverse Document Frequency), gender, sex, social entrepreneurs, and corporations were the main keywords. Second, seven topics extracted from the data include violence and oppression(Topic 1), gender discrimination and career development(Topic 2), gender-sensitivity and life satisfaction (Topic 3), career interruptions and leadership(Topic 4), policy and regulations(legal legislation)(Topic 5), pay gap, working hours, lifetime (Topic 6), and stress and conflict(topic 7). These topics reflect the main areas of women’s studies and policy agenda for women. The findings of this study also provide the practical implications and recommendations for future study.
