본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝을 통해 빠르게 진화하는 청소년 사이버불링의 주요 이슈를 파악하고자 했다. 최근 1년 동안의 뉴스, 블로그, 댓글 데이터를‘사이버불링’,‘사이버폭력’과 같은 키워드를 사용해 수집하였다. 총 3,075건의 문서와 190,706개의 키워드가 추출되었다. 해당 데이터를 기반으로 핵심 키워드 및 빈도 수 분석, 토픽모델링, 워드클라우드 시각화, 연관어 분석, 감성어 분석, 기간별 시계열 분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 사이버불링과 관련된 상위 키워드로는 학교폭력, 범죄, 처벌 등이 추출되었으며, 성폭력, 학교폭력, 알페스, 대상 및 대응의 총 4개의 군집 및 토픽이 나타났다. 사이버불링 유형, 대상, 대응으로 구분하여 분석한 결과, 사이버불링 유형에서는 시각적 및 성폭력이 심각한 사회적 문제로 나타났으며, 지인능욕, 딥페이크, 알페스 등과 같이 새로운 유형으로도 진화하고 있음을 확인했다. 또한, 사이버불링 유형 관련 용어가 혼용되고 있음을 확인했다. 대상으로는 청소년이 가장 핵심 키워드로 나타났으며, 대응에서는 법적 및 제도적 대응이 중점적으로 나타났다. 이에 사이버불링 예방 서비스 프로그램 제공의 중요성과 정신건강 관련 서비스의 제공이 보다 강화되어야 함을 제안했다.

This study aimed to identify the major and rapid changing cyberbullying issues among adolescents through text mining. Online news, blog posts, and comments were selected with keywords as to ‘cyberbullying’ and ‘cyberviolence.’ We retrieved in total of 3,075 documents and 190,706 keywords. Using these keywords, frequency analysis, topic modelling, visualization of word cloud, related words analysis, sentiment analysis, time series analysis were conducted. In the keyword analysis, school violence, crime, punishment etc. were found as the major keywords. There were in total of four topics: sexual violence, school violence, real person slash, and subject and response. By cyberbullying types, ‘visual and sexual violence’ turned out as the most severe form of cyberbullying, and its form were changing rapidly including humiliation, deep-fake, and real person slash. Furthermore, words describing the types of cyberbullying were inconsistent, and ‘adolescent’ was found as the major target of cyberbullying. To counteract against cyberbullying, legal standards and policies were reported as important. Based on these findings, authors suggest for the provision of cyberbullying prevention programs and the reinforcement of mental health services related to cyberbullying.
