초록/요약
본 연구는 국어과 문법 교육과정의 개선을 목적으로 미국 공통핵심기준(CCSS)의 ‘언어’ 영역 성취기준을 유의미한참조점으로 삼아 분석하고 이를 토대로 국어과 문법 교육과정 성취기준의 선정 및 조직, 진술과 관련한 개선 방향을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 CCSS 언어 영역의 전체 체제를 개괄하고, 세부 성취기준을 ‘내용 요소’, ‘행동 요소’, ‘조건 및 맥락요소’로 나누어 그 세부 요소와 구체적인 양상을 전면적, 심층적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 대학과 직무 준비에 필요한 문식성 신장에 기여하고자 하는 뚜렷한 목표점 하에, 학년별 세부 성취기준들의 내용 요소는 언어학적 지식 체계로서의 성격보다 표현 활동을 위한 지식 기반으로서의 성격에 부합하는 주제 구조들을 취하면서 언어 수행의 상황맥락과 수행 방식에 따라 상세화되고 위계화되었으며, 실제 학습자들이 수행해 보여야 하는 행동 특성을 중심으로 구체적으로 진술되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

This research is purposed for improving the National Korean Language Curriculum, especially ‘Grammar’ area. For this purpose, it analyzed structures and achievement standards in ‘Language’ area of CCSS in details. CCSS Language area is systemically structured with six main College and Career Readiness Anchor Standards, and its detailed achievement standards are also systematically specified and sequenced for this purpose. After a comprehensive and deep analysis on those specific achievement standards’ statements from K~10 grade with its main factors; ‘content’, ‘action’, ‘conditions and contexts’ and comparison with our standards’ statements in grammar curriculum, it was concluded that those standards are knowledge base for literacy development for college and career readiness, thus those specific contents and statements are thoroughly chosen, structured and elaborated for this purpose.
