The purpose of this article is to examine the characteristics of AI interview evaluation and to present an AI interview training plan from the perspective of speech education. AI interview is a new type of interview that is different from face-to-face interview. To find out this, the perceptions of college students preparing for employment and experts involved in recruitment in companies were investigated. In addition, we directly experienced the AI interview system of Job Korea, a recruitment site that operates AI interview programs in various ways, and analyzed the results. AI interviews should be conducted while considering the interactivity between humans and robots. In general, AI interviews are evaluated for tangible competencies that are directly related to the job. However, sometimes invisible parts are quantified and evaluated through answers related to situation judgment or problem solving. Therefore, it is necessary to strategically prepare the answers for the AI interview by analyzing the talent profile of the applicant company, the competency that is considered important, and the atmosphere of the organization. It is necessary to practice keeping in mind that facial expressions and voice are measures of evaluation of non-verbal communication ability, and vocabulary used and frequency of use of words are measures of evaluation of verbal communication ability.
