초록/요약
본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 학교생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 변인을 개인변인, 가정변인, 학교생활변인으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 다문화 청소년 패널조사(MAPS) 8차년도 ‘고등학생’,‘17세’의 데이터를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 다문화 청소년의 개인변인이 학교생활 적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화 청소년의 가정변인 중 부모의 방임적 양육 태도, 부모의 지지는 학교생활 적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화 청소년의 학교생활변인(학업적응, 집단괴롭힘 피해 경험)이 학교생활 적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 다문화 청소년의 학교생활 적응을 높일 수 있는 대책과 방안에 대해 논의하였다

This study is to explore factors that affect multicultural adolescents' school Life adjustment by categorizing them into personal variables, family variables, and school life variables. For this study used data from the Multicultural Adolescent Panel Survey(MAPS)’s 1,008 high school students. Overall 1,008 high school students data were used in the study, which use data from the Multicultural Adolescent Panel Survey(MAPS). The following results were found through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, hierarchical analysis. According to the analysis, the variables influencing the school Life adjustment of multicultural adolescents were personal variables, school life variables. At the family variables, parent’s neglecting attitude, parental support were variables that had a statistically significant infulence on school Life adjustment. Based on these findings, this study highlighted the implications for multicultural adolescents to improve their school Life adjustment.
