본 연구는 협력적 거버넌스의 대표적 모형인 Ansell과 Gash(2007)의 모형을 활용하여, CPTED 사례에서 나타나는 협력관계와 그 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 구체적으로, 서울시에서 진행한 마포구 염리동 CPTED 사례를 대상으로, 사례에서 나타난 거버넌스 구조와 효과를 협력적 거버넌스 분석틀에 기반하여 논의하였다. 분석 결과, 본 사례는 협력적 거버넌스 모형이 제시한 초기조건을 충족하였고, 이를 시작으로 제도적 설계와 촉진적 리더십, 협력과정을통해 소금나루 개관, 지역주민들의 만족도 증가 등의 긍정적 결과를 도출한것을 발견하였다. 하지만 단기적 성과에도 불구하고, 이러한 효과가 중·장기적으로 지속되지 못했다는 한계를 보였는데, 이는 지속 가능한 사업성과를 위한 장기적인 관점에서의 유지 및 관리 과정 역시 필요함을 시사한다.

This study analyzes the collaborative relationship and its consequences in the Yeomridong CPTED case, based on Ansell and Gash’s collaborative governance model. The results indicate that this case satisfies the model's initial conditions, and we also found the influential roles of institutional design and facilitative leadership affecting the collaborative relationship and performance. Despite short-term effects, however, this does not last in the mid-to-long term, which suggests the continuous management process for sustainable collaborative performance.
