본 연구는 청소년의 섭식장애 유병률과 그로 인해 발생 될 수 있는 2차적인 문제들에 대한 심각성을 인지하고, 이러한 현상을 총체적으로 이해할 수 있는 온톨로지를 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 섭식장애, 식이장애, 폭식증, 거식증이라는 키워드를 사용하여 2018년 7월 28일부터 2021년 7월 28일까지 총 3년 치의 데이터를 네이버 블로그, 네이버 뉴스, KCI 등재 학술지에서 수집하였다. 총 73,439의 추출된 키워드에서 클렌징을 통해 1,272개의 단어가 포함되었다. 최종 추출된 키워드는 대상, 유형, 요인, 특성, 영향, 대응방안의 분류 체계에 따라 다시 정리되었다. 그 결과, 대상에는 여성, 여대생, 고교생 등이, 유형으로는 식욕부진이나 폭풍흡입과 같은 단어가 포함되었다. 보호 요인으로는 조절능력, 자존감, 대화, 칭찬이, 위험요인으로는 다이어트, 스트레스, 이혼, 왕따, 유행, 경쟁, 서구화, 블로그, 미디어 등이 나타났다. 특성은 공복감, 마름 등과 같은 징후가, 자연식, 필라테스와 같은 식이요법과 운동방법이 키워드로 추출되기도 하였다. 섭식장애의 영향은 자살, 장애, 구토, 불안, 우울증, 가정불화, 지각 등의 문제가, 대응방안은 휴식, 건강검진, 약, 입원, 상담, 처벌 등이 포함되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 청소년 섭식장애 문제에 대한 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제공하였다.

Taken into account the severity of adolescent eating disorder and its associated problems, this study aimed to develop ontology in order to understand this phenomenon more in-depth. Using the keyword as to eating disorder, binge eating, and anorexia, text data from Naver blog, Naver news, and KCI articles were collected from July 28, 2018 to July 28, 2021. A total of 1,272 keywords were included after pre-processing of extracted 74,439 keywords. The selected keywords were classified into target, type, factor, trait, harm, and solution. The findings, for example, included keywords as to woman, female university students, high school students as the target. Anorexia nervosa and bullimia nervosa were included as the type. Controlling capacity, self-esteem, conversation, compliment were included as the protective factors. Diet, stress, divorce, bullying, trend, competition, westernization, blog, media were included as the risk factors. Hunger, skinny as the symptoms; natural diet, pilates were included as the eating and exercise habits. Suicide, disability, vomit, anxiety, depression, family conflict, late to school were included as the harms. Finally, rest, medical check-up, medication, hospitalization, counseling, punishment were included as the solution. Based on these findings, it suggested number of practice- and policy-level implications.
