이 연구의 목적은 국내･외의 이문화훈련(cross-cultural training: CCT)에 관한 문헌을 분석함으로써 연구동향을 파악하고 향후 연구 방향 및 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Torraco가 제시한 통합적 문헌분석 방법 및 절차에 따라 2010년부터 2020년 8월 시점까지 수행된 국내･외 총 51편의 논문(국내논문 9편과 국외논문 42편)을 최종적으로 분석에 활용하였다. 구체적으로 이 연구에서는 국내･외 학술지에 게재된 CCT 관련 논문의 연구방법별 연구동향을 분석하였으며, 연구대상 및 목적을 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 양적연구의 경우 대부분 개인수준의 연구가 많이 이루어졌고, 횡단연구가 주로 수행되었다. CCT와 유의미한 영향 관계가 나타난 변인은 ‘직무만족’ ･ ‘조직몰입’ ･ ‘적응수준’ ･ ‘이직률’ ･ ‘문화지능(CQ)’ 등이었다. 둘째, 질적연구는 대부분 CCT 프로그램에 대한 연구대상자들의 인식 파악을 목적으로 실시되었다. 셋째, 이론적연구는 CCT에 관한 이론모델을 탐색하거나 CCT의 개념에 관한 비판적 분석을 실시한 연구가 주로 수행되었다. 넷째, 실천적연구는 CCT 프로그램 개발 및 강의모형을 도입하고자 하는 목표로 수행된 경우가 많았다. 마지막으로, 국내연구의 경우 해외연구에 비해 CCT 연구대상의 다양성이 부족하였다. 마지막으로 향후 연구 방향 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends on cross-cultural training (CCT) in Korea and abroad. The research methodology and procedures were carried out based on Torraco’s guidelines to conduct the literature review. Through these procedures, a total of 51 articles were finally used for the analysis based on the criteria of retaining the literature. The results of the study were as follows. First, the most frequently used variables concerning CCT were job satisfaction, organizational commitment, adjustment, turnover rate, and cultural intelligence (CQ) in quantitative research. Second, qualitative research has been conducted to identify the perception of the study participants. Third, theoretical research has been focused on the analysis of CCT environment and the suggestions for improvements. Fourth, action research has been conducted for CCT program development and training model. Finally, Korean literature lacked research diversity compared to international literature in terms of research subject and purpose.
