초록/요약
국내 다문화 가구가 증가하고 있는 가운데, 최근 코로나바이러스감염증(Coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19) 팬데믹으로 인한 다문화 가정의 감염병 예방 필요성이 증대되었다. 본 연구는 2019년 지역사회건강조사 자료를 활용하여 다문화 가구 여성의 인플루엔자 예방접종에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 다문화 가구여성들은 고졸이하의 혼인 경험이 있는 젊은 층으로 시 도와 읍 면 단위 거주자가 많았다. 인플루엔자 예방접종 확률은 연령이 높고 자기관리 능력에 지장이 없으며 고혈압 진단 경험이 있는 경우, 보건기관 이용자일수록 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은이러한 연구 결과에 기반한 다문화 가구 여성들의 인플루엔자 예방접종률 향상 정책마련이 필요함을 강조한다. 본 연구의 목적은 다문화 가구 여성의 언어와 사회 문화적한계와 낮은 의료접근성을 고려한 교육과 홍보를 제공할 것을 제안함으로써, 다문화가구 여성을 신종감염병으로부터 보호하고 관련 정책 마련 시 근거자료로 활용되고자하는 데에 있다.

At a time when multicultural households in Korea are increasing, the coronavirus pandemic has put a spotlight on the increased need for prevention of infectious diseases in such families. This study analyzed factors influencing influenza immunization among women in multicultural households using data from the 2019 Community Health Survey. However, t’s results emphasizes the need to improve influenza immunization rates by implementing policy, among multicultural household women. The purpose of this research is to protect these women from influenza and provide evidence for the establishment of related policies such as providing education and considering the limitations of language, society/culture, and low medical access for these women
