자끄 르꼭의 관점에서 본 인간움직임의 의미: “몸으로 쓰는 시”를 중심으로

이 연구는 인간움직임이란 무엇이고 움직임을 통해 인간은 어떠한 가치를 추구할 수 있는지에 관한 고찰에서부터 체육학에서 지향하는 몸 철학을 자끄 르꼭이 바라본 인간움직임의 의미와 연결시키며 체육학의 몸 철학을 확장해 나가고자 하였다. 그의 저서 『몸으로 쓰는 시』에 나타난 움직임 교육법과 신체움직임 방법을 통해 주체적인 몸을 가진 인간움직임의 의미를 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 인간움직임은 동물움직임과 달리 몸을 움직이며 다양한 경험을 하고 세상을 인식해나간다. 이것은 주체적인 몸을 가진 인간만이 할 수 있는 일이며 신체움직임은 주체적인 몸을 위한 필수불가결한 요소 중 하나이다. 신체움직임을 통해 얻은 개개인의 인식이 주체적으로 이루어지고 나만의 세계를 형성하는 것이다. 즉 체육학은 이러한 신체움직임으로 이루어진 체육적 앎으로서 다가가는 전인교육이다. 자끄 르꼭의 연극창작을 위한 교육방법 또한 체육학에서 요하는 몸 철학과 유사하다. 그가 바라본 인간움직임은 주체적인 몸을 가진 생명력 있는 움직임이자 전인교육을 이뤄낼 수 있음을 보여주었다. 이로써 자끄 르꼭의 연극창작을 위한 신체움직임 교육법은 신체움직임을 통해 삶을 탐구하고, 주체적인 몸을 가진 인간움직임이며, 창조하고 표현하는 생명력 있는 인간을 형성할 수 있다. 그의 신체움직임은 체육학에서 추구하는 몸 철학을 확장시키는데 기여할 수 있다고 사료된다.

The purpose of this study as to continue the discourse on the subjective body through his philosophy of "everything movesand his philosophy of body that emphasizes the body's subjectivity through physical movement in Lecoq, J.'s book, Le corps Poétique. To this end, it was also intended to examine the human moving body and the subjective body, and to find meaning by connecting it to physical education. Presented the body philosophy as a subjective body movement with the technology of body movement and movement for theater creation he presented by Lecoq, J.. Through the body concepts viewed from physical education, the physical movement of theLe corps Poétique' from the perspective of Lecoq, J. was examined and the area of physical philosophy was expanded. The results of the meaning of human movement viewed by Lecoq are as follows. The human movement he considered showed that it was a vital movement with an independent body and could achieve whole-person education. As a result, Lecoq's body movement education method for theater creation could form a vital human being who explores life through body movement, has an independent body, and creates and expresses life. His physical movement was believed to contribute to expanding the physical philosophy pursued in physical education.
