친환경 건축물 인증제도인 유럽의 액티브 하우스와 국내 녹색건축인증제의 평가항목 비교분석 연구

초록/요약
전 세계는 지구의 환경을 생각하는 정책을 수립하고 있으며, 건축 산업에서도 친환경 건축물 평가 시스템을 만들어 시행하고 있다. 국내에서 2020년부터 제로에너지 건축물을 단계별 의무화를 추진하고 있다. 이에, 향후 녹색건축물의 활발한 보급을 위해서 녹색건축과 G-SEED 인증에 대한 인식과 이해가 더욱 필요한 시점이다. 유럽의 Active House 인증은 일반인들에게 친근하고 이해하기 쉬운 장점을 가진다. 이에, 본 연구의 목적은 유럽의 Active House 인증과 국내 녹색건축물 인증제도 G-SEED의 비교·분석을 통해 G-SEED의 활발한 보급을 위한 향후 개선방안을 도출하고 발전 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한, 두 인증의 평가항목 분류체계, 구성 및 세부항목에서의 비교·분석과 평가지표인 Active House Radar 소개 및 사례 분석을 통해 G-SEED의 발전을 위한 기초자료를 작성하였다.

The world has been establishing policies that consider the environment whereas the construction industry has created and implemented aneco-friendly building evaluation system. In Korea, the mandatory policy of zero-energy buildings has been established since 2020. Overall,awareness and understanding of the Green Standard for Energy & Environmental Design (G-SEED), green architecture, and the environmentalcertification system are needed. Active House Certification in Europe is a green building certification that has the advantage of being friendlyand easy to understand for the public. This study aims to present concepts of environmental certification systems to identify solutions for theactive implementation of sustainable features in Korea through the comparison of G-SEED in Korea and Active House Certification inEurope. This study compares, analyzes, and evaluates the evaluation classification system, composition and detailed criteria of Active Housecertification and G-SEED.
