연구목적: 영유아기 놀이는 발달적으로 중요하며 자폐 범주성 장애 영유아들의 제한적인 놀이 특성을 고려할 때 이들에게 놀이 기술을 교수하는 것은 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 자폐 범주성 장애 영유아를 대상으로 실시한 놀이 기술 교수 단일대상연구를 살펴봄으로써 연구의 동향과 놀이 기술 중재의 특성을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 기준에 따라 총 20편의 연구를 선정하여 개괄적 분석과 연구 설계에 따른 놀이 기술 중재 전략을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 자폐 범주성 장애 영유아 대상 놀이 기술 교수 중재는 2010년 이후부터 꾸준히 이루어졌으며 주로 영유아에게 익숙한 환경에서 익숙하지 않은 성인에 의해 자연적 교수 전략과 직접교수 전략을 함께 실행하였다. 기초선 구간 및 중재 내용, 종속변인 측정, 중재 충실도 측정 차원에서 자폐 범주성 장애 영유아의 특성을 고려한 중재 요소들을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론: 연구결과를 바탕으로 자폐 범주성 장애 영유아의 놀이 기술 교수 중재에 대한 시사점 및 제언을 하였다.

Purpose: Playing is important in childhood development. When considering a limited characteristic in play, teaching play skills to children with autism spectrum disorder is critical. This study analyzed research trend and characteristics of teaching play skill intervention by examining single subject research on teaching play skill for children with autism spectrum disorder. Method: Based on specific criteria, 20 researches in total were included. General characteristics and interventions of teaching play skills were analyzed based on the experimental design. Results: Researches regarding teaching play skills to children with autism spectrum disorder have been continuously published since 2010. The experiment was usually conducted in a natural environment and the intervention was provided by an unfamiliar adult using naturalistic teaching strategies combined with direct teaching strategies. Intervention factors regarding the characteristics of children with autism spectrum disorder were examined during the baseline phase. Dependent variables measurement and intervention fidelity analysis were conducted. Conclusion: Discussions and implications for future research about teaching play skill intervention was presented based on the result gathered.
