이 연구의 목적은 취업 준비생인 대학생들의 AI 면접에 관한 화법 관련 인식 조사를 통해 AI 면접을 대비하기 위한 화법 교육 범주 및 내용을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 대학생 134명을 대상으로 AI 면접에 대한 인식과 관련 경험, AI 면접이 취업에 미치는 영향, 전공 계열이 AI 면접에 미치는 영향, AI 면접과 대면 면접과의 차이, AI 면접에 대한 전망, AI 면접에 대한 대학 교육 관련 의견 등을 조사하였다. 분석 결과 조사 대상자들의 57.5%가 AI 면접에 대해 들어본 적이 있거나 알고 있다고 답하였고, AI 면접을 로봇, 인공지능, 비대면과 같은 시스템 범주와 공정성, 객관성, 정확성과 같은 긍정의 심리적 범주로 인식하고 있었다. 전공 계열이 AI 면접에 유리한 정도에 대한 인식은 인문계 2.55점, 이공계 3.45점으로 이공계가 높게 나타났다. AI 면접이 취업에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 전체 3.8점으로 긍정적이었는데, AI 면접이 면접관을 마주하지 않기 때문에 긴장과 부담이 덜하고, 면접관의 눈치를 보거나 감정을 고려하지 않아도 된다는 점을 답변으로 제시하였다. AI 면접을 잘하기 위해 필요한 능력으로 조사 대상자들은 화법 능력, 상황 대처 능력, 질문을 정확하게 읽어낼 수 있는 문해력, 태도적 측면(솔직함, 자신감 등), 문제 분석력, 좋은 인상, 연습, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 컴퓨터를 다룰 줄 아는 기본적인 능력, 전공 관련 전문 지식, 상황대처 능력, AI 면접 분석 능력, 원리 이해 능력 등이라고 답하였다. 대학생의 인식 조사에 기반하여 AI 면접을 대비하기 위한 화법 교육 범주와 내용을 AI 면접의 표현과 전달 방법, AI 면접 태도, AI 면접 답변 전략 차원에서 제시하였다.

This study was conducted to identify the content of speech training for AI interviews and how it can be categorized by analyzing the results of a survey on college students’ perceptions of such training when they were preparing to interview. A total of 134 college students were surveyed on their perceptions of and experiences related to AI interviews, the effect of AI interviews on employment, the effect of their major on AI interviews, the difference between AI and face-to-face interviews, and their opinions on training they received through their university for AI interviews. Analysis results showed that 57.5% of the respondents said they had heard or knew about AI interviews; recognized AI interviews as systems such as robots, artificial intelligence, and non-face-to-face interviews; and related concepts, such as fairness, objectivity, and accuracy, to AI interviews. The perception of the degree to which majoring in science or engineering affected the likelihood of success in AI interviews was 2.55 points for those majoring in the humanities and 3.45 points for those majoring in science or engineering. The positive index of AI interviews on employment was 3.8 points because respondents felt less nervous and anxious during AI interviews because they did not have to look at another person and consider their emotions. The respondents thought that skills necessary for success in AI interviews were speaking ability, adaptability, ability to read questions accurately, having a positive attitude, problem analysis ability, the ability to make a good impression, the ability to practice, communication ability, basic computer skills, major expertise, AI interview analysis ability, and understanding. The content of training for AI interviews was found to fall into the following categories: expression and delivery methods, attitude, and answer strategies.
