본 연구는 코로나19 발생 이후 비대면 실습교육과 관련하여 연구물의 특성, 연구대상, 연구주제 및 주제어, 비대면 실습교육 방법, 워드클라우드 분석 등을 통해 그동안 이루어진 연구동향을 분석하고 비서·사무경영 분야의 학문적, 교육적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 RISS(학술연구정보서비스)의 데이터베이스에서 비대면 교육, 비대면 실습, 비대면 실습교육, 온라인 실습을 키워드로 검색하여 코로나19 팬데믹 이후인 2020년부터2022년 5월까지 발표된 비대면 실습교육 관련 학술논문 총 25편을 최종 선정하여 분석하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구물 특성 분석 결과 비대면 실습교육과 관련한 연구는 2020년부터 시작하여 지속적으로 연구가 되고 있으며, 2021년에 가장 많은 논문이 게재되었다. 게재지별 분석 결과 공학교육연구에 투고된 논문이 가장 많았고, 저자 수는 1명인 논문이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구대상은 대학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 많았고, 교육 콘텐츠, 수업 유형, 교수법, 교과 설계, 수업 사례 등 사례 연구가 많이 진행되었다. 셋째, 비대면 실습교육과 관련한 연구주제는 교육방법, 학습효과, 수업설계 및 프로그램 개발 등이 많았고, 교육 운영 방향성, 요구분석 등도 연구 되었다. 넷째, 비대면 실습교육의 유형별 운영형태로는 콘텐츠 활용 중심 수업이 가장 많았고, 플랫폼은 줌(Zoom)이나 자체 제작 동영상이 주로 활용되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 학술지에 작성된 초록의 키워드를 Voyant Tools 프로그램을 활용하여 워드 클라우드 분석을 진행하였으며 코로나, 온라인교육, 비대면, 비대면 교육, 원격교육, 포스트 코로나 등이 빈출 횟수가 높은 단어로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 포스트 코로나 시대에 필요한 교육 방법이나 프로그램 설계, 운영 등 비대면 실습교육 발전에 관한학문적·실무적 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends related to non-face-to-face practical education after the COVID-19 outbreak and to present future research directions through research characteristics, research subjects, research topics and keywords, non-face-to-face practical education methods, and word cloud analysis. To this end, a total of 25 academic papers related to non-face-to-face practical education were selected and analyzed after the pandemic from 2020 to May 2022. The main results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the characteristics of research materials, there has been continuous research on non-face-to-face practical education since 2020, but most papers were published in 2021. By publication, the Journal of Engineering Education Research had the largest number of papers, and by the number of authors, the number of papers with one author had the highest number of papers. Second, there were many studies targeting college students, and many case studies― such as educational content, class type, teaching method, subject design, and class case―were conducted. Third, research topics related to non-face-to-face practical education were educational methods, learning effects, and program development; and direction and demand analyses also were studied. Fourth, the online platform (Zoom) indicated the most widely-used method in non-face-to-face practical education. Fifth, keywords from abstracts in 25 journals were analyzed using the Voyant Tools programs; and words such as COVID-19, online education, non-face-to-face education, remote education, and class satisfaction were derived as words with high frequency. The findings will help the direction of education by utilizing the advantages of non-face-to-face practical education in the post-COVID-19 era, which will encourage improved educational design or operation.
