본 연구는 고용환경에서 성인 초기 발달장애인들이 자신의 권리를 옹호하며 노동인권 침해 관련 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 지원하는 앱 기반 시뮬레이션을 활용한 노동인권 교육프로그램과 앱 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 이에 따라 문헌분석을 통해 프로그램 내용 요소를 추출하였으며 발달장애인 및 특수교사 대상 요구분석을 실시하여 플립드러닝으로 설계한 총 10회기, 6개 모듈의 프로그램 초안을 개발하였다. 또한 교육용 앱 콘텐츠를 학습하기, 퀴즈, 시뮬레이션 활동으로 구성하여 개발하였다. 이후, 프로그램과 앱 콘텐츠에 대한 전문가 타당도 검증을 실시하였으며 이를 수정 ·보완하여 최종본을 완성하였다. 본 연구의 앱 기반 시뮬레이션을 활용한 노동인권 교육프로그램은 성인 초기 발달장애인의 특성과 요구를 고려한 점과 4차 산업혁명과 코로나19 상황을 반영하여 플립드러닝 설계로 개발한 점에서 의미를 가진다.

In this study, app-based simulations were used to develop labor rights education program and app content to help young adults with developmental disabilities to defend their rights and solve problems related to labor rights violations. Program content elements were extracted through literature analysis, and a total of 10 times and six modules of program drafts designed with flipped learning were developed by analyzing the needs of adults with developmental disabilities and special education teachers. Furthermore, the educational app content consisted of learning, quizzes, and simulation activities. Next, expert validity verification was conducted on the program and the app content, and the final version was completed by modifying and supplementing them. Labor rights education programs using app-based simulations of this study consider the characteristics and needs of young adults with developmental disabilities and can be used to develop a flipped learning design reflecting the fourth Industrial Revolution and COVID-19 pandemic.
