초록/요약
본 연구의 목적은 장애인 가족의 지원 요구에 근거한 가족지원 제공에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 장애인 가족의 지원 요구 조사를 위한 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌분석을 통해 문항을 추출하고 집단 및 개별 면담을 거쳐 문항 초안을 개발하였다. 다음으로 3회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 장애인 가족지원 요구 조사지 초안을 구성하는 문항의 내용타당도를 검증하였고 마지막으로 요구 조사지의 사용자 편의성을 검토하여 장애인 가족지원 요구 조사지를 개발하였다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 개발된 장애인 가족지원 요구 조사지는 장애 자녀를 위한 지원 요구(6개 하위영역), 장애 자녀 이외의 가족을 위한 지원 요구(8개 하위영역), 특별한 고려 사항의 세 범주로 구성되어 있다. ‘특별한 고려 사항’은 다문화 가정과 한부모 가정을 위한 범주이며, 각각 장애 자녀와 부모를 위한 문항을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구의 의의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최선의 장애인 가족지원을 실행하기 위한 기초 조사와 가족지원 과정 및 지원 종료 후 점검에 활용될 수 있는 요구 조사지를 개발하였다. 둘째, 본 요구 조사지를 실제로 사용할 장애인 가족들을 대상으로 편의성 검사를 실시함으로써 이 도구가 장애인 가족의 지원 요구 조사에 적절함을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the family support needs survey(FSNS) of individuals with disabilities, which can be used as basic data to verify the support needs of families of individuals with disabilities and provide family support. To this end, items were extracted through literature analyses, and a draft question was developed through group and individual interviews. Next, through the Delphi method, the content validity of the items constituting the draft tool was verified; then, the user convenience of the tool was reviewed to complete a survey development. The FSNS consisted of three categories: support needs for children with disabilities (six sub-areas), support needs for families other than the individuals with disabilities (eight sub-areas), and special considerations. “Special considerations” are divided into multi-cultural families and single-parent families, and each consists of questions for individuals with disabilities and the parents. The study is significant in that it developed the needs survey that can be utilized in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the family support for individuals with disabilities. The study also confirmed that the survey is an appropriate tool to verify the needs of families with individuals with disabilities through convenience tests of those who will use the FSNS and suggested various ways to use the tool.
