본 연구는 자폐 범주성 장애 영유아를 대상으로 자연적 환경에서 실시한 놀이 중재 연구의 동향을 살펴보고 시사점을 모색하기 위해 실시되었다. 2012년 이후 자연적 환경에서 놀이 중재 연구를 실시한 총 18편의 국내외 논문을 선정하여 개괄적인 연구 정보와 놀이 중재 관련 세부적인 내용을 분석하였다. 자폐 범주성 장애 영유아를 대상으로 자연적 환경에서 실시한 놀이 중재 연구는 꾸준히 이루어졌으며, 또래와 함께 하는 통합 환경에서 유아를 대상으로 하는 놀이 중재 연구가 많은 것에 비해 영아를 대상으로 하는 놀이 중재 연구는 상대적으로 적었다. 놀이 중재 전에 놀이 진단을 실시한 연구들이 더 많기는 하였으나, 놀이 진단을 실시하지 않거나 이에 대한 기술이 부족한 연구들도 있었다. 놀이 중재의 구성 요소를 분석한 결과 교수 기회 삽입, 또래 활용, 시범 보이기가 많이 활용되었다. 자연적 환경에서 실시된 자폐 범주성 장애 영유아의 놀이 중재와 관련된 논의와 후속 연구에 대하여 제언하였다.

This study is to examine the latest trend of play interventions on young children with ASD in naturalistic settings and to suggest future direction of research. A total of 18 researches on play intervention in a naturalistic setting have been selected and all the researches were published after the year 2012. The general characteristics and detailed contents of play interventions were analyzed. Play intervention on ASD in naturalistic settings was published continuously. In the case of children with ASD, many studies including peers have been conducted in an inclusive setting, but in the case of infants with ASD, there were relatively few studies on play. There were many studies that conducted play assessment before play intervention, but there were studies that did not conduct a play assessment or lacked explanation. From analyzing the components of play intervention, embedded instruction, peers mediation and modeling widely used. Discussions and implication on future research related to the intervention of play on young children with ASD in a naturalistic setting were made.
