초록/요약
The purpose of this study was to explore the practice of transnationalism embedded in the life of Filipino married immigrant women. The participants of the study were three Filipino married immigrant women, and the case study was used to explore cases through in-depth interviews and group interviews. As a result, in the lives of Filipino married immigrant women, all the practices of transnationalism in the socio-cultural, economic, and political dimensions were revealed. The socio-cultural practice was found to be in contact with the Filipino family by phone and frequent access to the Filipino media. In the economic practice, it was found that a small amount of money needed for family members or acquaintances or hospital expenses were remitted. In the political practice, it was found that Filipino married immigrant women were interested in the Philippine elections and participated in community network. These results have implications in not only supporting the practice of transnationalism in the lives of Filipino married immigrant women, but also helping to balance the bilateral transnationalism between the Philippines and Korea.

본 연구는 필리핀 결혼이민여성의 삶에서 나타난 초국가주의 실천 모습을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 참여자는 필리핀 결혼이민여성 3명으로, 연구방법으로는 심층면담 및 집단면담을 통해 이들의 사례를 연구하는 사례연구방법이사용되었다. 연구 결과, 필리핀 결혼이민여성들의 삶에서 사회문화적 차원, 경제적차원, 정치적 차원의 초국가주의 실천이 모두 나타났다. 사회문화적 차원에서의실천은 필리핀 친정 가족들과 전화로 연락하고 필리핀 미디어를 자주 접하는 것으로 나타났으며, 경제적 차원의 실천은 친정 가족이나 지인에게 필요한 소액을 송금하거나 병원비를 지원하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정치적 차원의 실천은 필리핀선거에 관심을 가지며 공동체 모임에 참여하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는필리핀 결혼이민여성들의 삶에서 초국가주의를 실천을 지지하되, 필리핀과 한국의양방향적 초국가주의 실천이 필요함을 시사한다.
