본 연구는 인지진단모형을 적용하여 예비유아교사의 음악 개념 이해를 측정하는 도구를 개발하는것을 목적으로 하였다. 문헌고찰을 통해 유아음악교육을 위한 핵심적인 교과내용지식으로서 8개의 음악 개념을 인지요소로 선정하여 1차 시안과 Q행렬 초안을 개발하였고, 음악전문가 자문과 유아음악교육 내용전문가 검토를 통해 2차 시안과 Q행렬을 확정하였다. 예비연구를 통해 61문항의 3차 시안을완성하였고, 최종 문항 선정을 위하여 유아교육과 재학생 512명을 대상으로 본연구를 진행하였다. 3차시안으로 수집된 자료를 기반으로 인지진단모형 중 DINA 모형을 적용하여 문항 모수를 추정한 후 문항의 적절성을 분석하였고, 내용상 중요도, 도구의 전체적인 구성 및 검사의 효율성 등을 종합적으로검토하여 45문항의 최종 도구를 확정하였다. 3차 시안과 최종 도구의 상대 적합도 지수(relative model fit)와 문항 모수를 비교한 결과, 최종 도구의 모형 적합도가 더 높았고, 변별도 지수도 다소 높아진 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 최종 도구가 예비유아교사의 음악 개념 이해를 보다 정확하게 측정할수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a test to measure preservice early childhood teachers' understanding of musical concepts by applying a cognitive diagnostic model. Through literature review, eight musical concepts, as core pedagogical content knowledge for early childhood music education, were identified and selected as attributes of the test. Then, the first draft and Q matrix draft were developed. Through consultation with music experts and review of early childhood music education content experts, the second draft and Q matrix were confirmed. Sixty-one questions were left in the third draft through a pilot study, based on the data collected from 512 students majoring in early childhood education. The DINA model of the cognitive diagnostic models was applied to estimate the item parameters and analyze the appropriateness of the items. The final version of the test ended up including 45 items by comprehensively reviewing the importance of its contents, overall composition, and efficiency. Comparing the relative model fits and item parameters of the final version and the third draft, the model fit and the discrimination index of the final version was found to be higher than those of the third draft, which implies that the final version of the test can accurately measure preservice early childhood teachers' understanding of musical concepts.
