본 연구는 발달장애인 유튜버의 동영상 댓글을 빅데이터 텍스트마이닝으로 분석하여 장애인복지의 함의를 모색하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 8월 14일부터 15일까지 ‘발달장애 유튜버’를 키워드로 유튜브 동영상 채널을 검색하였으며, 1년 이상 채널을 운영하고 100개 이상의 동영상을 업로드한 발달장애인 유튜버 중 구독자 수 기준 상위 TOP 5위 채널을 선정하였다. 선정된 채널의 동영상 총 350편의 댓글을 크롤링하여 총 2,845개의 데이터를 추출하였고, 불용어 전처리 과정 이후 댓글의 주요 키워드를 빈도 막대 및 워드 클라우드 시각화, LDA 토픽모델링을 통해 확인하였다. 출현 키워드 빈도분석 결과, 동사 키워드는 ‘행복하세요, 예쁘다, 재밌다, 존경스럽다, 감사합니다’ 순으로 나타났고, 명사 키워드는 ‘부모님, 형제, 친구’ 순이었다. LDA 토픽모델링 결과로는 유의미한 세 개의 토픽이 도출되었고 각 토픽을 대표하는 댓글 8개를 추출 후 이를 참고하여 각 토픽의 제목을 부여한 결과, ‘행복을 바라는 댓글’, ‘감사를 표현하는 댓글’, ‘존경을 표현하는 댓글’로 도출되었다. 끝으로, 분석결과를 통하여 발달장애인을 위한 실천 및 정책의 함의를 제안하였다.

This study aims to examine the practical meaning of welfare for the disabled through online comment analysis using big data text mining in the activities of the people with developmental disabilities on YouTube video channels. To this end, ‘Development Disability YouTuber’ was searched as a keyword among YouTube video channels from August 15th to 17th, 2022 to maintain the channel for more than one year among the top YouTubers based on the number of subscribers, have more than 10,000 subscribers, and select a total of 350 comments and analyze a total of 245 comments. As a research method, the comment data extracted through python crawling was pre-processed, visualized by the comment key keyword frequency bar and word cloud, and then LDA topic modeling was performed to analyze it. As a result of the study, in the keyword frequency analysis, verb keywords were in the order of “Be happy, pretty, funny, respectful, and thank you,” and nouns were in the order of “parents, brothers, friends.” As a result of LDA topic modeling analysis, three statistically significant topics were derived, and as a result of extracting eight comments representing each topic and giving them titles, (1) happiness, desire (2) appreciation, support (3) love, respect, and subscription. Finally, based on the results of the comment analysis of video content on YouTube with developmental disabilities, practical significance in the welfare field was presented.
