본 연구는 중고령자를 대상으로 부양기대와 정책신뢰가 노후불안에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 노후준비의 매개효과를 검증하기위해 수행되었다. 그 과정에서 노후불안의 한 측면으로 경제적 영역의 중요성을 강조하고 이에 대한 문항을 포함하도록 측정도구를수정⋅보완하여 사용하였다. 본 연구를 위해 전국 45세~64세 연령의 중고령자를 대상으로 온라인 방식의 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 조사완료된 558명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 부양기대는 노후불안에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치고, 정책신뢰는 부적(-)인 영향을 미치는것으로 확인되었다. 노후준비는 노후불안에 부적(-)인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 부양기대와 정책신뢰 모두 노후준비를 매개로 노후불안에간접적으로도 영향을 미치고 있었다. 노후불안 감소를 위해, 정책 대상자들의 다양한 의견을 수렴하고 실질적 욕구를 충분히 파악하여신뢰성과 효과성을 확보한 정책을 수립하려는 노력이 필요하다. 또한 중고령자의 노후준비를 돕기 위해 필요한 지식과 정보를 제공하는다양한 프로그램과 서비스가 마련되어야 한다

This study was conducted to identify the effects of Support Expectation and Policy Trust on Anxiety about aging in middle-aged adults and to verify the mediating effect of Preparation for old age. In the process, the importance of the economic domain was emphasized as one aspect of Anxiety about aging, and the measurement tool was modified and supplemented to include questions about it. For this study, an online survey was conducted targeting the middle-aged between the ages of 45 and 64 all over the country, and the data of 558 people who completed the survey were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that Support Expectation had a positive effect on Anxiety about aging, and Policy Trust had a negative effect on it. Preparation for old age has a negative effect on Anxiety about aging, and Support Expectation and Policy Trust both have an indirect effect on Anxiety about aging through Preparation for old age. In order to reduce anxiety about aging, it is necessary to establish a policy that can secure reliability and effectiveness by collecting diverse opinions from policy targets and fully understanding practical needs. In addition, various programs and services should be prepared to provide knowledge and information that will help the middle-aged prepare for old age.
