본 연구는 빠르게 발전하는 기술에 따른 교육 변화 속에서 예비교사들이 가져야 할 인공지능 융합교육 역량을 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 예비조사 102명과 본조사 153 명의 예비교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 선행연구와 전문가 검토를 통해 AI융합교육역량을AI융합교육 소양(AI지식, AI교육지식, 교과융합 지식), AI융합교육 활용(AI융합교육 설계 및 운영, AI융합교육 지원), AI융합교육 가치(AI윤리, AI개방성, AI교사효능감)로 구분하고 예비 47문항을 개발하였다. 예비조사 데이터를 바탕으로 탐색적 요인분석을 하여 34문항으로 도구를 정비하고, 본 조사 데이터를 바탕으로 확인적 요인분석을 하여 도구를 확정하였다. 최종도구의 신뢰도 Cronbach의 α는 .87-.95이다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 예비교원 AI융합교육역량 측정도구를 활용하여 예비교원의 AI융합교육역량의 수준을 확인하고, 이를 바탕으로 예비교사의 AI융합교육 역량을 함양할 수 있는 교육을 마련하는데 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to develop an instrument to measure the AI convergence education competency that pre-service teachers should have due to educational changes caused by rapidly developing technology. To this end, a questionnaire was developed with 102 pre-service teachers for the preliminary survey and 153 pre-service teachers for the main survey. The AI convergence competency was divided into three dimensions: AI knowledge (AI knowledge, AI education knowledge, Subject-convergence knowledge), AI application (Designing and implementing AI-convergence education, Supporting AI-convergence education), and AI values (AI ethics, AI openness, AI teacher efficacy). A preliminary set of 47 items was developed based on the previous research and confirmed by experts, which was further refined to 34 items through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the final scale, Cronbach’s α, is .87-.95. Through the instrument of the AI convergence education competency for pre-service teachers developed through this study, it is expected to measure the level of AI convergence education competency of pre-service teachers, thereby providing education that can cultivate teacher competency based on it.
