본 연구는 ADHD 아동의 부모를 위한 중재 및 지원 관련 연구의 전반적인 동향과 중재의 특징 분석을 통해 앞으로의 부모 지원 실제와 연구에 주는 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2013년부터 2022년까지 국내외에서 발표된 논문 34편(국내 18편, 국외 16편)을 대상으로 전반적 연구 동향과 부모를 위한 중재 및 지원의 특징을 분석하였다. 첫째, 부모 중 어머니만 참여한 연구가 가장 많았고 연구참여 부모의 자녀는 초등학교 저학년에 해당하는 연령의 아동이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 연구방법은 집단연구가 가장 많았고 절반 정도의 연구가 연구 효과의 유지 여부를 측정하였으며, 연구환경을 보고하지 않은 연구가 많았다. 셋째, 중재 및 지원의 효과를 알아보기 위한 종속변인을 분석한 결과 부모의 경우 정신건강을 살펴본 연구가 가장 많았고 아동의 경우 ADHD 증상을 포함한 행동을 살펴본 연구가 가장 많았다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 ADHD 아동의 부모를 위한 중재 및 지원 관련 연구 동향을 논의하고 후속 과제를 제언하였다.

This study explores the overall trends and tasks of studies for parents of children with ADHD and the implications for future studies through analysis of the characteristic of intervention. Among the international and domestic studies published from 2013 to 2022, we analyzed the overall research trend and characteristics of the intervention and support for parents presented in the 34 studies (18 domestic and 16 international) selected based on inclusion criteria. The results of study are as follows. First, mothers mainly participated in the study, and children of the lower grades of elementary school participated the most. Second, group research design was the most widely used, and about half of the studies measured maintenance. Third, parents’ mental health and behaivios of children were the most frequently selected variables to measure intervention effects. Based on the results the implications of the intervention and support for parents of children with ADHD and the direction for future tasks were discussed.
