본 연구는 어머니의 불안정 성인 애착이 양육 죄책감에 미치는 영향에 지각된 남편 협력과 자기-자비가 매개효과를 가지는지를 검증하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 만 7세 이하의 첫 자녀를 둔 기혼 여성 292명의 자료를 수집하였고, 이 자료를 SPSS 25.0과 Mplus 7.0을 사용해 구조방정식 분석을 하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 불안정 성인 애착(애착-불안, 애착-회피), 지각된 남편 협력, 자기-자비, 양육 죄책감은 애착-회피와 양육 죄책감 간, 지각된 남편 협력과 양육 죄책감 간의 관계를 제외하고 모두 유의한 상관을 가졌다. 둘째, 자기-자비는 불안정 성인 애착과 양육 죄책감의 관계를 매개했지만 지각된 남편 협력은 자기-자비를 통해서만 매개효과가 있었다. 셋째, 취업모의 자기-자비가 비취업모에 비해 더 높았음에도 불구하고 양육 죄책감 역시 높았는데, 특히 돌봄 부족 죄책감 차이가 부정적 양육 행동 죄책감, 미숙한 부모 역할 죄책감 차이에 비해 상대적으로 큰 것으로 나타나 죄책감을 느끼는 양상에서 집단 간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

This research aimed to examine the relationship between insecure adult attachment and parenting guilt, mediated by perceived husband’s support and self-compassion through structural modeling. Data from 292 married women with their first child under the age of 7 were analyzed. First, the mother’s insecure adult attachment, perceived husband’s support, self-compassion, and parenting guilt all showed significant correlations with one another. However, parenting guilt did not show significant correlations with attachment avoidance or perceived husband’s support. Second, self-compassion mediated the relationship between insecure adult attachment and parenting guilt while perceived husband’s support had mediating effect only through self-compassion. Third, working mothers showed higher levels of parenting guilt than non-working mothers, even though they showed higher levels of self-compassion too, indicating a group difference in the aspect of guilt. The study concludes with implications and limitations for future research based on the results.
