이 연구는 직업계고등학교 미래유망 신기술 분야 전문인력 양성 사업의 활성화를 위한 성과지표를개발하여 해당 사업이 지속적으로 운영․발전하기 위한 토대를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 선행 문헌 및 관련 사업 분석을 분석하고 사업 참여 교원 및 훈련기관 담당자, 전문가를 대상으로 성과지표 개발을 위한 FGI를 거쳐 초안을 개발하였다. 개발된 초안은 관련 전문가를 대상으로 2회 델파이 조사를 통해 타당성을 확보하였다. 개발된 성과지표는 투입, 과정, 산출영역의 3개 영역, 14개 세부 영역으로 구성되었으며 41개 성과지표가 포함되었다. 투입 영역에는 예산, 조직 및 인력, 교육시간으로 3개 영역으로 구성되었으며 5개의 성과지표가 포함되었다. 과정 영역에는 사업 계획 및 목표, 참가 학생 모집 및 관리, 교육(훈련) 운영, 교원 전문성 향상, 협력 및 교류, 학생 전공능력 향상, 진로 및 취업 상담, 평가․환류 영역으로 8개 영역으로 구성되었으며 28개의 성과지표가 포함되었다. 산출 영역에는 학생 성장, 학교 경쟁력, 사업 만족도의 3개 영역으로 구성되었으며 8개의 성과지표가 포함되었다.

This study was conducted to develop performance indicators to foster professional manpower in promising new technology fields at vocational high schools and provide a foundation for continuous operation and development of the project. To this end, a draft was developed through prior literature and FGI for developing performance indicators targeting teachers, training institution personnel, and experts participating in the project. The validity of the developed draft was secured through two Delphi surveys targeting relevant experts. The developed performance indicators consisted of 14 detailed areas in three areas: input, process, and output, and included 41 performance indicators. The input area consisted of three areas: budget, organization and personnel, and training time, and included five performance indicators. The course area consists of 8 areas: business plan and goals, recruitment and management of participating students, education (training) operation, improvement of faculty expertise, cooperation and exchange, improvement of student major ability, career and employment counseling, and evaluation/feedback area. 28 Performance indicators were included. The calculation area consisted of three areas: student growth, school competitiveness, and business satisfaction, and included eight performance indicators.
