본 연구는 남양주시 통합돌봄 선도사업 경험을 바탕으로 이용자와 공급자의 서비스 평가를 통해 효과적인 통합돌봄서비스 제공 방안을 모색하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 2022년8월부터 11월까지 남양주시 통합돌봄 이용자 6명, 공급자 18명을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰와 심층면접을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 서비스 내용 평가에서 이용자들은 이용자 특성에부합하는 맞춤 서비스가 불충분하다고 언급한 반면, 공급자들은 이용자 욕구에 부합하는 서비스를 제공하기 위한 노력을 강조하였다. 서비스 과정에 대해 이용자들은 다양한 서비스접근의 어려움과 자원봉사자와의 불편했던 경험을 공유했고 공급자들은 제도의 불완전함, 자원의 부족(예산, 인력, 교육), 네트워크를 통한 서비스 연계를 언급하였다. 서비스 결과로, 이용자와 공급자들은 서비스 이용 후 이용자의 심리적 안정감과 지역사회에 대한 긍정적인 인식이 높아졌다고 평가하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 통합돌봄서비스 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

This study aimed to explore effective strategies for community integrated care services by evaluating the services based on the experience of users and providers regarding the community care leading project in Namyangju City, Korea. Focus groups and in-depth interviews were conducted from August to November 2022 with six users and 18 providers of Namyangju City community care. Service users mentioned a lack of individualized services catered to user characteristics in the evaluation of service content, whereas service providers emphasized their efforts to deliver services that met user needs. Regarding the service process, service users shared their challenges in accessing various services and their uncomfortable experiences with volunteers. Providers mentioned incomplete systems, resource shortages (budget, personnel, and education), and service coordination through networks. Regarding service outcomes, both users and providers reported that users experienced increased psychological stability and a more positive perception of the community after using the services. We suggested future improvement initiatives for community integrated care services based on the findings.
