The results of the study that analyzed and interpreted the meaning of the experiences through their stories are as follows. First, they participated in k-pop dance and tango to gain fun, high energy, and enthusiasm that will be able to increase subjective vitality despite their back pain. Second, however, they experienced dissatisfaction in dance classes due to their back pain and muscle stiffness, and started Pilates exercises at the recommendation of a instructor. Third, they participated in Pilates with patience to have slim bodies, toned bodies, and elegant bodies when dancing, as well as reduced back pain. Fourth, they became close to the female instructor and made pleasant memories such as eating, shopping, and going to dance clubs after exercising. Fifth, although all of them are stopping Pilates due to COVID-19 and pregnancy, Pilates has become at the center of their lives, not just a leisure activity.
