본 연구는 고등학생들을 대상으로 ChatGPT를 활용하여 면접 교육 프로그램을 체계적으로 설계 및 적용하여 효과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 전체 교육 프로그램은 ADDIE 모형에 따라 자원기반학습에 기반하여 ChatGPT를 활용한 프로그램으로 설계하였고, 해당 면접교육프로그램은 2023년 7월 3일부터 10월 6일 동안 매주 2-3시간씩 18차시에 걸쳐 총 40시간 진행되었다. 프로그램의 효과는 스피치 능력, 스피치 메타인지, AI 디지털 리터러시에 대한 사전-사후 검사를 실시하였으며, 대응표본 t-검정 결과 모두 통계쩍으로 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습자 인터뷰 결과, 학생들은 ChatGPT 활용 면접 준비 과정의 유용성 및 한계점을 인지하고 있었다. 본 연구는 고등학생을 위한 ChatGPT 활용 면접 교육 프로그램을 체계적으로 설계하고 적용하여 효과성을 검증하는 실증적인 연구를 수행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to systematically design and apply an interview training program using ChatGPT for high school students and analyze its effectiveness. To this end, the entire training program was designed as a program using ChatGPT based on resource-based learning according to the ADDIE model, and the interview training program was conducted for a total of 40 hours for 18 sessions of 2-3 hours every week from July 3 to October 6, 2023. The effectiveness of the program was measured in pre- and post-test on speech ability, speech metacognition, and AI digital literacy, and the results of the corresponding sample test showed a statistically significant improvement, and the results of the interviews with the learners confirmed that the students were aware of the usefulness and limitations of the interview preparation process using ChatGPT. This study is significant in that it conducted an empirical study to systematically design and apply an interview training program using ChatGPT for high school students to verify its effectiveness.
