A Study on the Effects of Social Enterprise Member's Shared Value Orientation on Job Satisfaction and Continuous Working Intention: Focusing on Social Enterprises with Job Provision Type

초록/요약

This study attempted to explore the direction of corporate operation that can increase job satisfaction and continuous work intention of social enterprise workers by analyzing the effect of the level of orientation for shared value of social enterprise members on their job satisfaction and continuous work intention. The main results of the research analysis based on the response data of 400 people working in social enterprises are as follows. First, no difference was found in the level of job satisfaction and continuous work intention according to gender, age group, number of years of service, and work field of social enterprise workers. Second, among the shared value orientation pursued by social enterprise workers, social value indicators showed the only effect of positively improving both job satisfaction and continuous work intention. Through the above results, this study suggested that social enterprise workers have separate work characteristics from private enterprise workers, and that job satisfaction and continuous work intention are not easily influenced by basic characteristics, and that it can be an alternative to improve their job satisfaction and continuous work intention only when a human resource management plan that can increase social value orientation among the shared value orientation is prepared.
