초록/요약
This study examines Tencent’s Human Resource Management (HRM) system as a representative case of a major Chinese Big Tech company. Tencent employs the HR Three Pillar Model, integrating HRCOE, HRBP, and HRSSC to enhance strategic alignment, expertise, and operational efficiency. However, employee interviews revealed several issues: complex evaluation rules, excessive internal competition, declining satisfaction due to welfare system changes, recruitment difficulties, and an overload of internal training programs. To address these, the study suggests simplifying evaluations, reducing supervisor influence, introducing customized welfare policies, improving recruitment efficiency, and providing goal-oriented training. By analyzing Tencent’s HRM practices, this study highlights theoretical insights and practical challenges, offering valuable recommendations for developing HRM systems tailored to Big Tech enterprises.
